How prints are created
Every print is made to order by our trusted fulfilment partner. We don't hold stock — each piece is created specifically for you, ensuring the highest quality and reducing waste.
Most print-on-demand products are dispatched within 1–4 working days, though production time depends on the product and fulfilment location.
Delivery estimates
Prodigi's general Standard-shipping estimates are 2–3 working days within the UK, 5–7 working days within the EU, 4–6 working days within the US, and 10–15 working days from the UK/EU to most international destinations. Estimates depend on the product, destination and fulfilment route; the exact service and delivery cost are confirmed for your basket at checkout.
These are transit estimates after dispatch. Production time is additional and varies by product; Prodigi says most print-on-demand products dispatch within 1–4 days. You'll receive tracking information by email when your order ships. See Prodigi's current shipping guidance.
What you'll pay
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We work to keep these as low as possible while ensuring safe delivery.
All customs duties and import taxes (where applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.
How we protect your print
Prints are shipped flat in rigid, protective packaging designed to prevent damage in transit. Larger prints may be rolled and shipped in sturdy tubes.
