What type of print can I choose?

At launch, photographs are available in two formats:

Enhanced Matte Art Paper: a smooth, heavyweight fine art paper with a soft matte finish. It’s a lovely choice if you want rich detail without glare and plan to frame the print yourself.

Stretched Canvas - Image Wrap: printed onto canvas, stretched over a wooden frame and ready to hang. A more substantial option if you want the photograph to feel like a finished piece of wall art straight away.

Both are produced to order through Prodigi’s global print network. Prodigi describes its Enhanced Matte Art Paper as 200gsm, smooth, natural white and glare-reducing, with giclée printing.

Who does the printing?

My prints are produced through Prodigi’s global print network, using a combination of their own production facilities and specialist print partners.

In short: I take the photographs; people who know considerably more about printers than I do take care of the printing. Learn more about Prodigi’s fulfillment.

Where are orders processed?

Orders are automatically routed to an appropriate Prodigi fulfilment centre, usually as close to the delivery destination as possible. This helps reduce shipping distance and delivery time.

Where local fulfilment isn’t available, an order may be produced and shipped from another country. Prodigi says its routing system identifies a suitable nearby fulfilment facility, with local production intended to reduce shipping distance, cost and delivery time.

Where do you ship?

Prodigi ships internationally, with most products available for worldwide delivery. Where possible, orders are fulfilled close to their destination rather than being shipped unnecessarily across the world.

Prodigi’s general Standard-shipping estimates are 2–3 working days within the UK, 5–7 working days within the EU, 4–6 working days within the US, and 10–15 working days from the UK/EU to most international destinations. The actual estimate depends on the product, destination and fulfilment route. These are transit times after dispatch; production time is additional and varies by product. How much is delivery?

Delivery costs vary depending on the destination, print type, size and available shipping service. Your delivery options and cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Can I download an image?

Some photographs may be available as digital downloads for personal use.
